Subscription Management
Adding and Removing Users
Adding Users: When you invite new users or convert Viewers into Editors, additional seats are provisioned and billed annually at a prorated rate based on the remaining subscription period.
Removing Users: When users are removed, your available seat count is automatically updated, allowing you to reassign seats as needed.
Prorated Charges for Additional Seats
When you add more seats (Editors or Viewers), the payment is not charged immediately.
Instead, at your next renewal (monthly, quarterly, or annually), you will be charged both the prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle and the full cost for those seats for the next billing period.
Example: If you are on an annual plan and add a new Editor six months into your billing cycle, you will be charged at renewal:
Prorated amount for the remaining six months.
Full annual cost for that seat for the next billing cycle.
This ensures that all seats are billed on the same schedule.
Payment Handling
If your organization remains within its allocated seats (e.g., 2 Editors + 5 Viewers on a Free Plan or purchased seats on paid plans), no additional charges apply.
If you exceed your plan’s included seats, your payment method must be valid to proceed with adding new users.
If a payment method is invalid, the operation to add users is rejected until the payment details are updated.
Pay by Invoice - Minimum Requirement
If you choose to pay by invoice instead of using a credit card, your billing must meet a minimum of $420 USD per month.
Subscription Renewal & Adjustments
Meddo automatically adjusts your subscription at renewal based on actual usage rather than peak usage from the previous year.
For example, if you purchased 50 Viewer seats but only used 10 when the subscription renews, you will be billed for 10 seats in the next billing period. Additional users can be invited at any time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a plan is paid for, it cannot be refunded.
You can cancel your renewal at any time, which will prevent automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.
Cancellation of renewal means your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Q: Can I change or reduce the number of users at any time? A: Yes! You can add or remove users anytime. Any additions beyond free limits will be billed annually, prorated for the remainder of your subscription period. When you remove users, your seat count updates immediately, allowing you to reassign available seats. Your next renewal will adjust to your actual user count, so you only pay for what you use.
Q: What happens if I invite more users than my plan allows? A: If your organization exceeds the included seats, additional seats will be automatically billed. If no valid payment method is on file, the operation will be rejected.
